Longevity
He probably is a good guy and IMO, because you know him, you took offense to my comment,
Here’s a prime example of longevity as a head coach.
Gene Gizick by all accounts a great guy. Had a losing record as Iowa St, but was hired by Auburn.
Gets a once in a lifetime QB wins a Natty, 2 yrs later fired. He couldn’t coach so so talent.
Hubert may prove me wrong, but I won’t pull for him, good guy or not.
He’s the product of a school that deliberately crossed the line with its athletes to win championship and nothing happen to them because they had better attorneys than the NCAA.
